Underwriting & Reporting
- Your claims experience will be pooled with the other FIT Health groups. Pooling helps spread risk across larger numbers of members and creates rate stability.
- FIT sets the premium rates as appropriate based solely on the projected needs of the FIT Health program. No non-FIT Health factors will impact the premium rates and renewals.
- FIT has access to claims data and experience and will provide standard reporting for FIT Health groups regardless of employer size.
Value-Added Benefits
- Teladoc is a convenient way for employees to seek treatment. Under FIT Health, there is $0 cost to members, and includes dermatology and behavioral health in addition to general medicine.
- By offering $0 cost prescriptions and supplies, Condition Care Rx encourages employees to adhere to treatment plans for certain ongoing conditions such as diabetes, cholesterol, asthma, hypertension, and depression.
